I can add a card, but I can't do gift wrapping because customs might want to open the package for verification.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Are all the art made by you?
Yes! Everything in my shop is made by me.
If you did not pick up the parcel upon delivery to your city and the parcel came back
Re-delivery is carried out at your expense.
I regret my purchase, I want to cancel it
Please be sure when you finish a purchase in my shop, if you want to cancel I will not accept it and will still ship it to you anyway.
My product was delivered damaged, I want a refund
Before shipping a package I will record a video and take pictures in case the package arrives damaged.For the refund, I'll ask for picture and video evidence that the product didn't arrive as it should to you. If you fail to prove the product was indeed damaged during shipping, I will not refund you.
Which carrier do you use?
As I live in a small town in Brazil I use Correios, but once the package arrives in your country it'll be handed to your local carrier.
